Murdoch gets £3.91m payout
Published Wednesday, Aug 15 2007, 12:35 BST | By Joanne Oatts

The payout relates to the vesting of shares Murdoch and other directors received on August 11 2004 and November 8 2005 under the satellite broadcaster's 'Long Term Incentive Plan', and the 'satisfaction of certain performance conditions'.
Sky said on Friday it would pay Murdoch in cash an amount of 671.5p per share over the 582,750 shares that vested, which was equivalent to the closing mid-market price on August 13 2007
The company's annual report stated in June that Murdoch's salary rose 15% last year, taking his total remuneration package to just short of £3 million.
