Tiscali TV continues rollout

Tiscali TV is getting closer to its aim of ten million customers by the end of the year, by extending its availability to Birmingham, Leicester and Liverpool this week.
Next month the North West and Scotland will be able to receive the TV-over-IP service, which has only been available in London, Stevenage, Milton Keynes, Wolverhampton, Salford and Warrington until now.
For £19.99, a bundled package including line rental, 2mb broadband and free landline calls, includes a TV Variety Pack with over 60 digital TV and radio channels - including Sky 1,2,3 and Sky Arts, Sky News, Sky Sports News and Paramount Comedy - 350 on-demand programmes and 1000 on-demand films.
Additional add-ons like the Entertainment Extra Mix, the Kids Mix and the Music Mix can be added for £6 a month. New customers pay £30 for installation and a free set top box and wireless modem, with existing Tiscali customers being offer the same without having to pay for installation.
Last year, Tiscali acquired Home Choice, the video-on-demand service largely restricted to London, and acquired ISP Pipex in July.
