Virgin Media is to launch its own customer magazine next month.
Electric! will be a bi-monthly title produced by Heyday and Your M&S contract publisher Redwood.
The magazine, which launches on October 2, will be trialled for two editions with a sample group of 250,000 cable customers.
James Kydd, Virgin Media's managing director of marketing, said: "We have created an entertainment magazine like no other and have high hopes that our customers will love Electric!"
The magazine, which Virgin Media says will have an "irreverent" style, will not contain TV listings, but instead include features on the latest films, TV shows, music and information on Virgin Media services.
"This is just one of many initiatives to improve our customers' experience of the company and provides a great way for them to really engage with our brand," Kydd added.
Last month, Sky relaunched its customer magazine as Skymag with new columnists and features targeted at women.
