ntl CEO Barclay Knapp has told reporters that he plans to relist the troubled cable company on the New York Stock Exchange and possibly gain a secondary listing in London after the company emerges from a massive debt restructuring programme.
He said: "We are going to maintain our status as a Delaware-incorporated company and our initial listing will be a New York Stock Exchange listing. We considered the London listing and chose the route we chose because this is the only way we can exit the process on this time-frame," according to wires service Reuters.
There is a possibility, Knapp added, that the company would seek a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange in the future.
