Following various complaints to Sky from viewers, the latest Interactive facility has been moved to a different transponder.
Several readers have mentioned in the DigitalSpy forums about problems with Sky News Active since this 'flagship' feature launched. Most of the complaints surround problems with the picture or sound breakup. Other readers have complained that all they receive is the message 'There is a technical problem with this channel. Please try again later'.
As a result, the channel, and it's various data streams have been moved from Transponder 40 (Freq. 12,480v) to Transponder 26 (Freq. 12,207v). Sky Sports Extra has replaced it on Transponder 40.
