LivingTV event to go broadband

In a sign that the different parts of Telewest are starting to work more closely together, it was announced today that interactive services for LivingTV's Most Haunted Live at Christmas special event will be available exclusively to Blueyonder's broadband customers. LivingTV is a channel run by the Telewest content division Flextech.
The event, taking place this Sunday, will see four webcams placed at Dover Castle - looking for signs of ghost activity. Blueyonder's hi-speed customers will have access, from 20:55 that night, to a broadband video feed and dedicated chat rooms, free of charge.
Telewest's director of internet services, Chad Raube, said: "This is a great example of how broadband internet allows you to watch the kind of content you might normally expect to see on your TV, but with even more interaction."
Dial-up customers will have access to "basic images" on Blueyonder and LivingTV's respective websites.
