I got this DVD player from the supermarket the other day for just under £50. First impressions are good. The set feels well made and was very self explanatory how to set up. The sound and picture quality are very good. Upscaling works well and even manages to improve the look of some of my lower quality copy movies. The player also supports DivX and is relatively quick at loading from DVD. My only complaint is when watching DivX, the forward/rewind options seem to skip rather than smoothly fast forward/rewind which can mean searching for the right part could be a bit difficult. The player is very quiet so isn't intrusive when watching films on low volume, say in a bedroom. I would recommend this player to anyone looking for a good priced, HD upscaling DVD/DivX player.
