I had a Zen Sleek for about 2 years until i updated it with a 30gb Vision M. It's been 18 months now and i've not had any problems with it whatsoever. I use it daily and the battery life is still really long. I haven't used the bundled software because it syncs perfectly with Windows Media Player. The sound is great (i use cheap £4.99 earphones from Argos because i always end up breaking them...) as is the picture quality. The only downside is the fact the entire case scatches upon the touch of a finger. My screen scratched after only wiping it with a soft cleaning cloth. It's dreadful, so be warned! If Creative improved this flaw the product would be perfect. When i end up replaceing this i will definately get another Zen.

I have had a 60GB for just over a year,I now have nearly 200 hrs of music ,lots of photos and a couple of videos. I would buy another, I sync using Media 11 and find they work well together.

I have recently bought a 40GB VisionM. Excellent sound quality. The software provided takes a while to get used to but is first class. Creative Labs make much better units than Ipod.

Really impressed with this so far. Just like an Ipod but better in so many ways. Long battery life, easy connectivity to TV with good quality TV playback, better LCD screen than ipod and looks better I think. Very very good!
