I have the same problem and have tried this solution as well as many others I have found on the internet. At the moment I still have no joy and am missing all of the ITV / C4 multiplex. The full reset and power off as well as manual searching does nothing unfortunately. I am now running out of ideas

The Sagem PVR7280T would appear to be another culprit of the recent Freeview changes. Doing a rescan only brings up 55 programmes instead of the previous 79. Will there ever be another firmware upgrade? I am beginning to doubt it. I have found that a workaround for the problem is to do a factory reset, disconnect the power for a while; after powering up again, manually scan each of the Freeview multiplexes individually, channel by channel. This seems to bring back all the programmes despite some of them being in the wrong place. I would be interested to know what other people have found out.
