Bought from Argos and had absolutely no troble with it whatsoever. Easy setup - good picture through RGB and good sound and VERY good remote which is quite logical and has ALL functions easily accessible. EPG is fast and very good and the recordings have all been fine and excellent quality - it hasn't missed a trick. It's no Topfield but with mass produced machines there's always some that slip through the quality control net and this happens with any brand but for a twin tuner PVR under £100 it's hard to beat.
