It is very easy to set up, user friendly and colour, sound very good. It's just channel sticking after watching channel 5, 35 & 36. Gone back to Comet for 5 times to be repaired and still sticking.

Nice looking machine, good pictures at HQ, HQS, SP, but from then on totally falls apart, think V.H.S. painfully slow to operate i.e. disc loading formatting. After coming from sky+, this is a total nightmare, but can take a good frustrated whack when match of the day has started and I am farting around for a disc.

Went for this box in order to reduce the number of boxes under the TV. It works well. The EPG is fast and the UI is good all round. There is a fan, but in London you won't hear it often. Or you can put the unit in a cabinet I guess. Slight grumbles: Have had one or two crashes/freezes (combined with fan stepping up, so I guess it's an infinite loop bug in the software). Have enabled automatic software upgrade but none have happened yet. Discs take a long time to load (I'm not confusing this with formatting). When an audio CD stops playing, the box switches back to TV (or radio) and so you would get a rude awakening after a very quiet finish to a symphony for example.
