Had the phone for 15 months and it has never let me down, the features are brilliant and it is really easy to use

BATTERY LIFE? The first phone I had had terrible battery life. I took it to a Nokia center in Melbourne and they arranged a replacement under warranty. It appears there are a batch of bad phones that drain the battery in a day. I also squeezed the BL-5C in instead of the BL-4C which maybe worthwhile for heavy users.

This phone is fab - heavy enough to find in my handbag and the features all work! unlike other phones I have had. Batteries are like puppies you need to train them and my training is going well it lasts for ages!!!!! The usb link stuff is much easier than any before. I didn't like sliders but I like this one! Camera's a little sensitive but takes good pictures.

Found need small fingers to text and dial numbers. Battery life is so poor and worst ever had in any Nokia phone. Laid out well and nice phone and fits well in pockets. Camera and video quality excellent. If only the battery life was good I would have given a 4 star.

Don't get me wrong I like this phone, I really do. But the battery life! Don't get me started. I get one day if I'm lucky, and that's if I don't make any calls, just texting; it's much much less if I call anyone. Have had to buy a spare battery and now a desktop charger since it now won't charge through the tiny socket on the bottom of the phone. It is a good phone, just let down but a couple of bad points. Says a lot that despite these issues I'm not inclined to upgrade just yet.

It's certainly a good 'phone but not a great 'phone. Screen is brilliant, battery life is not good compared to my old Nokia. It fits in a pocket very easily due to its extreme thiness. I was surprised that there was not a ringing tone included in the ring tones. Some of us like to be conventional. All in all not Nokia's best but certainly very useable and better than any motorola of sony that I've seen.

I have had this phone for about a year. It is a great phone with great features. Only problem is the poor battery life between charges. Spoke to Nokia on this and they say I'm the only one to complain! It's now available in a slider version but haven't seen this yet.

This Phone rocks! plenty of shortcut keys for the multitude of good features, looks sleek and sexy, seriously good music player which you can put any of your cd's on via the USB port to your P.C. Loud ringtone so you always hear incoming calls, good quality camera, so yeah, this is a cool phone.

This fone is rubbish, Like Bradley said the battery life stinks and texting is a nightmare unless you have tiny fingers and now the vibrate has stopped working and I didn't even drop it. Don't buy this fone waste of money, Nokia just don't make them like they used to.

Had no interest in seeing the adverts (wanted a 6233) but advised to take a look. Loved it once I got my hands on it. Friends then got one after seeing mine. Beautiful to use. Works a treat with Opera 4 and facebook. Only gripe (and friends bear this out) is diabolical battery life of 2 days average (for me) use, one day heavy (for friend) use. Had for 6 months and definitely a keeper despite the battery. (Wonder what the 6301 is like....)
