Yasmina speaks about childhood romance

Apprentice winner Yasmina Siadatan has given an interview about her love life alongside partner Jack Patey.

Sir Alan Sugar's latest £100,000-a-year employee broke her silence on her romance, admitting that she has known Patey since she was a teenager in Reading.

"I've always loved him. We were best mates as teenagers and I was infatuated with him," she told Hello! "He was the cool one. He played guitar and looked really hot.

"I wanted to make him mine. It took a few years of me pretending to be his friend and then he finally crumbled when we were 18.

"I gave him an ultimatum. I said, 'Either you tell me you love me or we can never be friends again'. He said, 'I love you'."

Speaking about living with the reality TV star, Patey, 27, said: "The thing about Yasmina is that when it's business-related, she puts on her work hat. Out of work, she's still headstrong but a lot more relaxed and a pleasure to be around."

Siadatan also dismissed reports that there is a rift between her and fellow finalist Kate Walsh.

"We're extremely good friends, ridiculously so," she said. "I've got a lot of respect for her. We have this thing called the Monday night club, when we get together and do something fun.

"She has been adorable - I don't know if I'd have reacted as well if I'd been in her position."
