'Apprentice' winner leaves Sugar

Tim Campbell - the first Apprentice winner - has left his job with host Sir Alan Sugar.

Campbell was given a £100,000-a-year position working for the health and beauty section of Amstrad after winning the reality series in 2005.

Sir Alan kept him on after his year-long contract finished, but Campbell is now moving on to new pastures: He is launching a male grooming firm and a trust to give financial support to start-up entrepreneurs.

As he begins the third series of his show, Sir Alan has given his backing to Campbell's new move. He commented: "He has been a great asset to the company and I wish him the best of luck for the future."
