Duh. Bob's power isn't turning metals into gold. It's obviously the ability to convert teaspoons into anything else.
Jonathan on September 6th, 2008
There won't be a body swapping villain I believe, because Peter can absorb abilites, he would have been able to evade his power.
Cathy, London on July 30th, 2008
OMG the fat bald man, everyone seems to think that it's Peter but I think it's his dad, I heard he was going to be shown, I think that little spoiler is just to throw people off; note that the spoiler has elipses at the end.

The teasers are making me smuggle peanuts. And making my Jeans tighter around the crotch area. I feel the need to point out the below to the following person and, as such, i quote below from a post above: ''Katie, Stirlingshire on July 11th, 2008 - ...and Maya for god sake woman stop snivelling I don't think the brother is really dead either. Its good they are showing it not long after the US Debut...'' If 'the brother' is not in fact dead, then how is it that 'little girl' is not able to locate him? No offence intended Katie.

Thank You!!!! Any news, I don't care if it is a spoiler, I crave news! It cannot come on soon enough for me. Thank you again and keep them coming. kt

I hear Mohinder has a power after Kristen Bell teased the fact in an online interview with E!. She says something about ''scales'' and if you remember from season 1, Mohinders fathers lizard was called Mohinder, you find this out when Eden goes into the flat in the second ever episode.

K, Scotland on July 12th, 2008 No its not persuasion . we have not seen Angela use her power, we have only seen peter use it. i think it is the ability to dream the future as this is the only ability we have seen peter use that cant be accounted for. i cannot wait until season three, as long as Peter's still as hot as ever!! isaac mendez was a precog, he used to dream the future before he used the drugs so it couldn't be dreaming the future.... i heard her power as alot to do with women and that kaito nakamura had more than 1 power =O

O_O ...Nathan's ...dead...?

As best as I can tell, if this hasn't been mentioned already, Angela Petrelli's power is (at the very least) influence. Go back to almost any key scene with her in it. As she advises someone, she is touching/caressing them, and they always do what she says.

I'm confused! I thought Elle was adopted like Claire, so her dad isn't really her dad. Just Claire's adopted dad tells Elle how she was experimented on at age 7. Help, please?

Justin, Georgia on July 11th, 2008
this season is goin to rock i love this show i want to find out what powers the parents have and i want to see peter find more of his powers and learn to control them better
Matt, NI on July 11th, 2008
There are other (and much better shows) than Heroes and Dr Who you know!
This show sucks on July 11th, 2008
Season 2 was horrible and just showed laziness on the side of the writers. I wonder how much more story they will steal from The 4400 this season?
Adam on July 11th, 2008
Oh wow. I am desperate to see this now. Cannot wait to see Francis Caprs in action. Also, about Nathan 'dying': anyone thing that'll happen, but he'll be brought back by Adam/Claire's blood? If so, yawn.
Kate, L'pool on July 11th, 2008
I was hoping Elle and Sylar would get some screen time! I just hope he doesn't kill her. I hope she does more than 5 eps I really liked Elle and it was good to see KB back on the small screen.
Brian, Fort Worth, Texas on July 11th, 2008
Oh, man. I can't wait for Season 3 to begin!!
Tom, Luton on July 11th, 2008
Wow! this makes up for the short season 2!! and so close to the US screening! I wonder if they will have to take breaks everytime the US has a bank holiday or if they signed in the contract that they can show one a week!!
Greg, Plymouth on July 11th, 2008
I suspect Peter becomes the fat bald man after meeting someone who can swap bodies. Question is, since Peter could easily escape from Level 5, does this mean that when swapping bodies his powers stay with the old body? So that's my theory anyway, that someone steals his body and his powers along with it.
Katie, Stirlingshire on July 11th, 2008
Does anyone else find Sylar sooo annoying and pointless?? and Maya for god sake woman stop snivelling I don't think the brother is really dead either. Its good they are showing it not long after the US Debut that way there is less chance of "accidentally" knowing something lol I'm sure I heard Nikki comes back with another personality totally different to the previous ones? I'm sure that was revealed on E!
Steven, Milpitas on July 11th, 2008
I recently saw an interview with Adrian Pasdar and he said that Nathan was definitely not dead, he said and i quote "It's gonna take more than 2 bulletts to stop me."
James, Ipswich on July 11th, 2008
maybe he just slobbed out like elvis in his middle years and then time travelled back
Sarah, London on July 11th, 2008
Elle's dad can turn anything into gold. In one of the graphic novels, he turns a man into gold. I'm so excited about heroes that I've read most of them! Angela Petrelli definately has a power. I suspect it's being able to dream about the future, as Peter dreamt about flying before he knew he could fly/him exploding before it was suppose to happen etc in Season 1 and suspect that is from his mum. I also think that some of the good guys become bad asses in this season. Apparently Clare is really screwed up in the future. I'm intrigued about the big bald man being Peter Petrelli- how?? I can't wait to find out!!
Steph, Hertfordshire on July 10th, 2008
Which is why Peter has the coolest powers - he gets them all and doesn't even realise! I agree there must be loads he has picked up but isn't aware of - bet the writers enjoy that flexibility! Can't help thinking he could potentially become a villain...?
Greg, Plymouth on July 10th, 2008
Of course you are all right that Elle's dad turned the spoon into gold. Maybe it sums up series 2 for me when I say that I'd completely forgotten that scene. Of course the mention that Peter had already demonstrated his mother's ability got me thinking about a couple of things. Peter's ability to attain powers simply through being nearby others would probably mean that he has picked up plenty of powers we've yet to see him use either from being in 'Company' custody or even more from people he's just walked past in the street...
Chris, Yorkshire on July 10th, 2008
Elle's dad (Bob) can turn any metal into gold
Neil, Leeds on July 10th, 2008
they all must have had powers. dont foget Linderman could regenerate the plant in S1. Matt Parkmans dad had the same power as Matt but more advanced. others have already mentioned elles dad, so no doubt they all had powers, we just havnt seen them display them.....YET! come on season 3!
Jen, Liverpool on July 10th, 2008
How is a big bald guy peter HOW?????? give me answers damm youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!
Stu, Norman Oklahoma on July 10th, 2008
I agree with Luke. People are harsh about Season 2 even though it was amazing with the few episodes it had. Now, to the spoilers, they are giving me GOOSEBUMPS!!!!
Steph, Hertfordshire on July 10th, 2008
Re: Greg's post about parent powers Elle's Dad - as already noted, demonstrated powers of turning metal spoon to gold Hiro's Dad - I've read speculation that his ability to train Hiro in swordfighting so quickly is linked to his power but according to Wikipedia reference "In a question and answer segment with writers/producers Joe Pokaski and Aron Coleite, they confirmed that Kaito absolutely has a power, but it will not be revealed for a long while" Angela Petrelli - definitely has a power! Again Wikipedia quotes that "It was stated by Jeph Loeb and Jesse Alexander during a December 2007 Word Balloon podcast, that viewers have seen Angela Petrelli's powers used on the show, not by Angela but by Peter" I think that the parents/other founding members of the Company all have powers as that's what brought them altogether. Thanks for the cool teaser spoilers - am so excited about the new series! Hope that it gets rid of Maya and boring storylines and focuses more on the original characters and their history. I feel the first season brought everyone together so well, but season two allowed the pace to drop.
Emma, Brum on July 10th, 2008
Cant wait to see more Elle, though a bit gutted shes not a regular this year. Looking forward to seeing Francis Capra in Heroes. I spoke to him and he said the stuff thats hes done is pretty amazing
Mikay, Whitley Bay on July 10th, 2008
That big bald guy couldn't be the wonderful Francis Capra now could it? :D
m, London on July 10th, 2008
I know Elle will probably only be in 5 more episodes I hope it doesnt end with her being killed
Paul, Manchester on July 10th, 2008
This show can only continue if they're brave enough to kill off some characters. I hope Nathan and Nikki are dead and the producers don't bail out and bring them back. Mohinder needs to go too. he's pointless and incredibley annoying. Season 2 sucked as there were too many characters milling about doing nothing. be brave, get rid of the dead wood and write some damn good stories for the rest!
Dave, London on July 10th, 2008
Elle's Dad has the power Alchemy, he was seen using his powers in series 2 where he turned a metal spoon into gold...
Ken, Coventry on July 10th, 2008
ref gregs post about elle's dad never using powers did he not in fact turn mohinders teaspoon gold in the first episode of series 2 or was i dreaming that bit :p but i agree its soooo way cool i cant believe that heroes is on again soon and only an 8 day delay from the usa i tell you what i may just wait for the uk broadcast and see it in glorious HD on BBC HD
Greg, Plymouth on July 10th, 2008
What I'd like to find out in season three is what powers the parents and founding members of the company have. We've never seen either Angela, Elle's dad or Hiro's dad use any powers, why not? It's surely no coincidence that their children had powers. 1) Either they have powers 2) Their other halves had powers 3) The children are the result of some genetic experiment 4) Hiro, Elle, Nathan and Peter were all adopted like Claire.
KC, Glasgow on July 10th, 2008
Amazing!!! and to get it so close to the original US screening will be great! - ive missed Heroes so much
Luke, Bedfordshire on July 10th, 2008
I'd heard that Season 3 would comprise of between 25 and 35(!) episodes. Has this now been decided then? Back to the spoilers, though, and wow! Looks like Tim Kring is a man of his word (even though I feel everyone was a little bit harsh on season 2... yes Maya's storyline was annoying, and it was very slow, but it came good in the end...). I can't wait!
