The family of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter could be the stars of their own Osbournes-style reality show, according to Los Angeles' 102.7 KIIS-FM today.

Nick's separated parents Bob and Jane Carter are said to be "in negotiations" for the show, which would follow the members of the extended family in their everyday lives.

Nick's popstar brother Aaron Carter and his two sisters as well as Bob's girlfriend Ginger Elrod would also appear in the show.

The gang is not short of family drama: last month Aaron, 16, fired his mother as manager after accusing her of stealing money from him, but has since made a reconciliation. Meanwhile, Bob and Jane have been locked in a messy custody battle over their three teenage kids.
