Outright Distribution has sold two Twenty Twenty shows to several European countries.

The Leave Us Kids Alone format, originally for BBC Three, will be taken to Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands by Endemol and to Sweden by Baluba.

It sees teenagers challenged to run a school instead of teachers.

Back in Business, made for BBC Two, has gone to Palm Plus in the Netherlands and Endemol in Germany as a format, and TV4 in Sweden and NRK in Norway as a finished product.

The show looks at ageism by getting young and old to compete at work.

Chris Bonney, Outright chief executive, said: "The basic eternal human issues uncovered in both programmes make them perfect for rolling out in other countries and cultures.

"It's therefore great to see them being taken up in Europe and we look forward to seeing even more deals, both there and elsewhere."
