The Great British Body, the new ITV1 series from Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine, made a muted start in the ratings last night.

The 9pm show was watched by 3.6m, or 16.3% of the viewing audience, a figure close to the average for the presenters' previous series Trinny and Susannah Undress the Nation.

BBC One's Crimewatch led the slot with 4.7m (21.1%), while 2.2m (10.4%) watched a BBC Two repeat of drama Sweeney Todd.

One-off drama documentary Queen Victoria's Men brought 1.9m (9.1%) to Channel 4 and Five documentary Warship was seen by 1.3m (5.9m).

Elsewhere, Film4 won its second largest audience ever with Shane Meadows movie This is England. The film attracted 1m (5.1%) from 9pm, just shy of the 1.1m for The Shawshank Redemption in August 2006.
