1. It's Bobsleigh time!
On BBC Two and iPlayer from 2.30pm
It's the most famous Winter Olympics sport thanks to Cool Runnings and it never fails to take our breath away watching the crazy people hurtle down the track in their shiny sleds. Today's action comes in the two man third and fourth heats. Today is also Jamaica first's bobsleigh appearance since 2002. "Kiss the egg!"

2. Keep on Curling
On BBC Two and iPlayer from 5am, 10am and 3pm
If you haven't guessed already, curling is our new Winter Olympic addiction. Does anyone know where we can set up our own team? The latest Team GB action comes with the women against Russia and Denmark and the men taking on China.

3. BOLERO. Free dance figure skating time.
On BBC Two and iPlayer from 3pm
It's 30 years since Torvill and Dean, Bolero and all that. Sadly, it doesn't look likely Team GB will replicate that success in 2014, but we'll still be cheering on Penny Coomes and Nick Buckland. A top 10 finish is a definite possibility.
