‘I’m a mechanic in Italy but sing in my spare time. I’m really happy to be representing Italy in the competition. I entered as Ricky Martin because a lot of people have said that I look like him and I can sing so I thought why not. Language has been a bit of a problem for me. My English is very limited. Everyone is good in their own way – it’s not a competition as to who wins. I’m just here to enjoy myself.’
