Here Comes the Bogeyman profiles the world-renowned illustrator and author RAYMOND BRIGGS, the creator of animated classics including The Snowman, Father Christmas and When the Wind Blows. In a rare television interview, Briggs talks from his home in East Sussex about his life, career, the inspiration for his books, and his most recent work, Ivor the Invisible, which will be shown on Channel 4 this Christmas. Briggs’s friends, colleagues, and young fans also offer an insight into the man, his sense of humour, and his tendency to be a ‘miseryguts’.

In the depths of night, the chupacabra strikes swiftly and without warning.
