TV awards nominations announced

The BBC dramas picked up three nominations each, with Philip Glenister, David Tennant, Keeley Hawes and Catherine Tate all competing for acting awards.
Ashes To Ashes is also up for best new drama (against Heroes, Lark Rise To Candleford and Pushing Daisies), while Doctor Who will contest the best loved drama prize (with The Bill, Torchwood and Waterloo Road).
The Apprentice, Big Brother, I'm A Celebrity... and Katie And Peter Unleashed are all nominated in the best reality show section.
In the soaps categories, EastEnders and Coronation Street emerged as frontrunners, picking up nine and eight nominations respectively. The best soap award will go to Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale or Hollyoaks.
The awards ceremony, to be presented by actor Ben Miller, will take place at London's Dorchester Hotel on September 8.
Prizes are awarded based on reader votes from TV Quick and TV Choice.
