Anne Robinson will host the British Academy Television Awards on Sunday, April 13.
Robinson said: "At the risk of sounding like Gwyneth Paltrow, I am honoured. I am also terrified I won't be able to find an outfit stylish and chic enough to wear in front of so many powerful female television executives. Not the most forgiving of audiences."
The awards show will be transmitted on BBC One later that evening, with nominations revealed on Monday, March 17.
