BBC Two today unveiled the channel's £85m Autumn programme schedule.

Spearheading the lineup was a new office-based drama named "Attachments", a programme featuring a mix of the topical internet with the age-old topic of work-place relationships. The controller of BBC2 said that "Attachments" set the future direction for the channel.

Also included in the schedule:

  • Drama: "Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps"

  • Theatrical: "Changing Stages"

  • Comedy: "Consenting Adults"

  • Factual: "Beyond the Fatal Shore"

  • Cookery: "Friends for Dinner"
