The reality series, which pairs orphaned rescue dogs with celebrities, will be hosted by Tara Palmer-Tomkinson and Mark Durden-Smith.
On the judging panel are Strictly Come Dancing star Brendan Cole and professional dog trainers Donelda Guy and Steve Mann.
The first series, which aired on BBC Two, was won by newsreader Selina Scott and Wolfhound cross Chump.
Speaking about the show, Palmer-Tomkinson said: "I can't wait to watch all the doggie dramas unfold, and at least in working with Mark I'll have my own stray to keep in line!"
The Underdog Show airs in the autumn.
