Gary Lucy has signed a £250,000 deal to return for the new series of Footballer's Wives, according to The Sun today.
Lucy will reprise his role as Kyle Pascoe in the third series of the hit ITV show, which begins filming in June.
"ITV chiefs have handed Gary a massive deal," a source close to Lucy said. "They were worried that some of the big names are not returning for the new series.
"There were some tense cash negotiations but they were prepared to offer Gary a lot to keep him on board. They are delighted he has signed on the dotted line. There would have been a lot of upset female fans of the show if they had let him walk."
A spokesman for Lucy confirmed he had signed up for the new series.
