MTV2 launches "alternative" music chart show

MTV2 is teaming up with music newspaper NME to launch a new "alternative" daily chart show on the station.
The NME Chart Show, presented by Zane Lowe, will begin on August 3rd in a regular 7pm slot. Viewers will be able to vote online for a list of tracks picked by MTV2 and NME.
The chart will also be published each week in the newspaper.
