The hour-long programme will see the Britain's Got Talent judge and male co-presenters, who have yet to be announced, each helping a viewer achieve a dream.
Members of the studio audience will also bring wishes written down in an envelope and Holden will select one to be granted during the show.
The Wish List was commissioned by John Kaye Cooper, who was appointed controller of entertainment at ITV in April.
"It's a show with heart-warming stories, spectacular stunts and a terrific feel-good factor and we are delighted Amanda has agreed to host it," he told Broadcast.
