Trans World International has been awarded a contract to produce darts coverage for BBC Sport.
The contract length is one year. The decision to put darts coverage out for tender was announced earlier this year, after the BBC reviewed the amount of programmes it commissioned from independent producers. The corporation is obligated to ensure this figure is at least 25%.
The BBC's Head of General Sports said:
"I'm looking forward to working closely with TWI to produce the most engaging and entertaining darts coverage for the BBC.
"It's a sport with much potential, and I'm confident that TWI will build on the success of BBC Sport's recent coverage."
