Simon McCoy moves from Sky to BBC

Sky News presenter Simon McCoy will join the revamped BBC News 24 from the New Year as the channel's lead anchor on location during major breaking news stories.
In addition to his duties at News 24, McCoy will also present on the BBC's Breakfast news programme. McCoy, who has recently presented the Sunrise programme on Sky News, said:
"I'm delighted to be joining the BBC. I'm looking forward to working with the team and I'm already used to the early starts!"
