Carlton, Granada merger on track for February

Carlton and Granada are expecting completion of their merger by February 2004.
Documents will be posted to shareholders in early December, with shareholder meetings taking place on January 13, 2004, to discuss the merger. If all goes to plan, the merger is expected to be complete in early February.
