A Place in The Sun host Amanda Lamb has joined the presenting team for UKTV Food's daily show Market Kitchen.

The channel has recommissioned the long-running series, which airs nightly at 7pm, for a new 29-week run beginning next month.

Returning hosts include Tom Parker Bowles, chef Matt Tebbutt and food journalist Matthew Fort. Author Rachel Allen is also new to the team.
