Five-part series Dead Set opens with a 60-minute episode, which will be followed by four 30-minute shows.
According to Broadcast, Brooker's vehicle used a set based on the reality show compound and will use "many elements of the format".
The Big Brother building will be one of the final safe houses as zombies take over the country, but the contestants are not aware of the walking dead outside.
The programme is helmed by Yann Demange, while Brooker, Annabel Jones and Chrissy Skins produce.
