Wolf returns for more 'Gladiators'

Wolf will return as a team manager for the second series of Sky1's Gladiators.

The athlete, real name Michael Van Wijk, appeared on the ITV version of the show between 1992 and 1999.

He recently filmed Gladiators: The Legends Return, which airs this weekend, and will appear throughout the second season as a mentor.

Speaking about his return, Van Wijk said: "I was blown away by the buzz I felt competing in the Gladiators arena again. It was like I'd never been away.

"The Wolfman is back! Watch Out!"

Kirsty Gallacher will not be back as a presenter for the new series. Sky1 are currently searching for a female replacement to work alongside Ian Wright.
