ITC website decommissioned

The website of the Independent Television Commission has been decommissioned in the run-up to Ofcom's official launch. The ITC, along with the Broadcasting Standards Commission (BSC), Oftel, the Radio Authority and the Radiocommunications Agency, will be replaced by the new communications super-regulator Ofcom in eleven days time.
