Tarrant to host new primetime gameshow
Published Thursday, Oct 9 2008, 19:08 BST | By Sarah Rollo

The Colour Of Money aims to test contestants' nerves to the limit in exchange for large amounts of cash.
Participants are asked to choose ten coloured cash machines containing between £1,000 and £20,000. The amount that can be withdrawn increases the longer they hold their nerve, but the machines lock down when a pre-programmed maximum is reached, leaving contestants with nothing.
Tarrant said: "When I saw The Colour Of Money, I thought it was brilliant. It's a simple format and creates such tension.
"It seems so easy, but our coloured cash machines prove that there's not always a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow."
