The 32-year-old, who recently assisted X Factor mentor Dannii Minouge on the ITV reality show, told Closer: "I love doing TV, you get such an adrenaline rush. I'd like my own show one day."
However, she admitted that live television is much more nerve-wracking than performing with the Spice Girls because she has to do it alone.
"It's far more scary than doing a Spice Girls gig - I don't have my best friends next to me," she explained.
Bunton filled in for Judy Finnigan during the last series of Richard & Judy over the summer.
