Bruce hosts Sir Alan Sugar documentary
Fiona Bruce will present a fly-on-the-wall show about the life of Sir Alan Sugar.

The newsreader said the programme would highlight the contrast between the businessman's "sweetness" and "pretty fearsome bite".

It will follow Sugar, 61, at work with Amstrad and at his family home in Marbella. The show will air in January.

Bruce admitted to The Mirror that she occasionally irritated the Apprentice star with her constant questions.

"I was asking him about various things and it was the end of a very long day and he just got really fed up," she said.

"It was a bit like being in front of a hair dryer at very close quarters. He's not backwards in coming forward in his opinions."
