Ross wants Sachs for chatshow
Jonathan Ross wants Andrew Sachs to be a guest on his Friday night chatshow, according to a report.

The presenter will be back on air in January following his three month suspension from the BBC.

A source told The Mirror: "He believes that by having him (Sachs) on the show, he will draw a line under this whole sorry affair." Ross is apparently "desperately upset" that he offended Sachs.

The 47-year-old presenter was issued with a final warning after making a prank phone call to Fawlty Towers actor Sachs on Russell Brand's Radio 2 programme. Brand resigned from the BBC following the incident, as did station controller Lesley Douglas.

Sachs said he had yet to be invited on to Ross's show but was "open" to the idea of making an appearance. "He did write me a lovely letter of apology and going on the show is not something I would rule out," he said. "I've got an open mind about things like that."
