Ex England player Paul Gascoigne will be Baddiel and Skinner's sidekick in a new series of Fantasy Football, according to The People today.
The 36-year-old is said to be "finalising a deal" to do the show, which is returning for a 12-episode run this June in time for Euro 2004.
Gascoigne will replace Jeff Astle in the role, who died in 2002.
