The Radio 1 DJ will helm a topical entertainment show using his own possessions as prizes.
Moyles will compete against a team of three famous faces, answering questions set by a celebrity quizmaster. Each week, the winner will take home a prize donated by the radio presenter, while the loser will perform a song accompanied by an eight-piece female big band.
The show will also feature a mixture of "banter" and "chat" amongst the quiz questions.
"I'm very excited to be signing for Channel 4... especially as no one else offered me any work," said Moyles.
Channel 4's head of entertainment Andrew Newman commented: "Chris Moyles must be the biggest star in Britain without his own TV show and we're very pleased he has decided to change that.
"In Chris Moyles's Quiz Night we'll be making the most of his irreverence, wit, knowledge of pop culture and competitiveness."
