Vorderman announced that she would be leaving her post as the programme's maths whizz in July, along with co-host Des O'Connor.
The 47-year-old said she had enjoyed a "lot of laughs" and had mixed emotions about leaving. "As you might imagine I will miss everybody deeply," she told PA. She paid special tribute to her late colleague Richard Whiteley, as well as O'Connor and Des Lynam.
A tribute show hosted by Gyles Brandreth has also been filmed and is understood to include bloopers, memories and special guests.
Vorderman and O'Connor's final show, as well as the special tribute, are due to air on December 12.
