Redesigned look and new channels for UKTV

The redesigned look for UKTV went live this morning to coincide with the launch of their new factual channels UKTV Documentary, UKTV Documentary +1 and UKTV People.
All channels from the network now begin with the prefix 'UKTV' apart from UK Horizons and UK Horizons +1 which both officially ceased overnight.
UKTV Documentary and its timeshift channel, UKTV Documentary +1, will focus on documentaries from the BBC such as Horizon and Panorama as well as popular wildlife and science series like The Human Body, The Blue Planet and Sahara.
Male viewers will be the target of UKTV People and its cars, crime, comedy-based factual and extreme people stories with programming such as Top Gear, Ray Mears, Forensic Files, Have I Got News For You, Louis Theroux and Billy Connolly.
Theme nights will appear regularly on both channels like this month's Attenborough Season that will feature on UKTV Documentary and a Chris Ryan SAS night on UKTV People. Future theme nights on UKTV People include Jeremy Clarkson Day and Car of the Year.
UKTV Documentary, UKTV Documentary +1 and UKTV People will broadcast daily 9am - 3am, 10am - 4am and 7pm - 3am respectively.
