BBC Business Channel on its way?

Jeff Randall, new Business Editor at the BBC, has admitted that he has discussed the possibility of a BBC Business Channel with Director-General Greg Dyke.
Randall told Media Guardian: "In the loosest possible terms we have been talking about a BBC business channel. I sat down with Greg Dyke, Mark Damazer and Tony Hall and I talked about a wish-list for new BBC services. A business channel was on my list and it was definitely on Greg's too."
Dyke, however, has recently outlined plans for just four new channels - BBC3, BBC4, and two children's channels - and has denied that a business channel is on the cards.
