The project will include footage of Eastwood interviewing Bennett and contributions from notable fans of the 82-year-old musician, including Martin Scorsese, Alec Baldwin and Mel Brooks.
Arena editor Anthony Wall said that Eastwood had wanted to make the programme for a very long time.
Last year, Eastwood produced Tony Bennett: The Music Never Ends, a documentary about the singer's life and career.
