Charles still hopes for 'Red Dwarf' movie

"It came really, really close," Charles told Digital Spy about the proposed big screen spinoff of the cult comedy, which was in development for many years.
"It's one of those things, though. It feels like another lifetime now."
However, the Coronation Street star suggested that the new Red Dwarf episode could revive the plans, saying: "Never say never - if this special goes well, you never know what could come of it."
