'More 4' launch confirmed

'More 4', a new advertising-supported station from Channel 4, will launch on Freeview and digital satellite next year.
The new digital channel will be programmed to appeal to an older, wealthier demographic than Channel 4.
Variety reported on Thursday that the broadcaster is considering launching other digital channels for different genres. The Times reports today that announcements regarding these stations "are expected later this year."
