New 'CSI' series gets Wednesday slot

CBS confirmed today that the latest incarnation of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, this time set in New York, will air on Wednesday nights at 10pm.
The announcement came as part of the network's "upfront" announcement of its fall 2004-05 primetime schedule. The lineup remained relatively stable, with five new series being added. Two of those are comedies; three are dramas.
