The TV presenter, who has replaced Nicky Hambleton-Jones on the Channel 4 show, confirmed that she has tried to provide a refreshing alternative to her counterparts on other style programmes.
"I'm not an expert on beauty so I'm more there as a friend to the women who take part," Klass told We Love Telly! magazine. "I've had enough of shows that bully women and say, 'You should look like this' and 'You should be styled like this'. You shouldn't. There are no hard and fast rules to fashion."
Speaking about her own body image, she added: "I feel more confident in my skin than I ever have. I love being 30 - I'm not remotely ashamed of my age. And I'm proud my body made a baby. I think women are absolutely incredible. We make humans for goodness sake!"
Klass recently hit back at Hambleton-Jones, 37, following the host's claims that "ageism" resulted in her being replaced on the show.
