'OC' creator slapped with lawsuit

The O.C. creator Josh Schwartz is being threatened with a lawsuit by two writers who say that they came up with idea for the series.
Teen Hollywood reports that Scott Donnelly and Erik Lindsay claim they had agreement with Schwartz to develop a show called The Pointes.
Instead, they charge, Schwartz went behind their backs and came up with The O.C.
The pair are seeking $10m (£5.3m) in damages.
